This last weekend we had the 11th annual Run & Walk event in Norikura. It’s a great running event without any of the feeling of a race. People come from all over Japan to run, walk and eat. They had an “Aid” station which was funny because typically when you think of aid you think first aid. But this aid station was only food. Every time people did a lap they would stop and have something to eat or drink and just relax in the sun. After this weekend I think I might start running.
